Good questions

Before you reserve.

How does the deposit work, and is it refundable?

A deposit reserves your animal and locks your price. It comes off the total, and you can cancel within 7 days of reserving for a full refund.

How do I pay, and when?

Pick a payment method on the form. We send instructions once your reservation is confirmed. The balance is due before your beef ships.

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in the USA. Shipping is included on every share, vacuum sealed and packed with dry ice.

What does grass finished actually mean?

Grass and forage from birth to harvest. No grain, no corn, and no feedlot finish in the last months.

Can I choose my own cuts?

Yes. We walk you through the butcher's cut sheet so the freezer gets packed the way you want it.

How much freezer space do I need?

Roughly one cubic foot per 35–40 lbs of packaged meat. See the share sizes on the home page, and when in doubt, size up.

What if something arrives thawed or damaged?

Call or message us the same day with a photo and we will make it right.
